Michael Zidianakis is a lawyer in Thessaloniki, Greece, he was born in Heraklion, Crete and grew up in Perea, Thessaloniki. He studied at the Law Department of the University of Thessaloniki. (Democritus University of Thrace) and successfully undertakes a number of legal issues, with emphasis on Civil cases (real estate, Leases, divorces, inheritance), Commercial and Banking Law (Protection of Borrowers – Consumers).
As part of his continuous training and education, he specialized in EKPA ((National and Kapodistrian University of Athens) in Labor Law and Social Security Law as well as in the issues of modern Financial Transactions at AUTh University (Aristotle University).
He is a graduate student of the postgraduate program of AUTh. “Criminal Law and Dependencies” and Accredited Mediator by ADR – ODR INTRERNATIONAL.
He is appointed to the Court of Appeal of Thessaloniki and a member of the DSTH. (Thessaloniki Bar Association). Member of the Union of Greek Lawyers e-Themis and regular participant in conferences and scientific events. He is fluent in English and is registered with the Translators’ Advocates of DSTH.
It represents the new generation of Lawyers based on honest and realistic legal advice and primarily to man himself. His passion for combat law contributed to the establishment in 2013 of the Law Office “Michael Zidianakis & Associates” with headquarters in Perea Thessaloniki and the innovative online information platform and legal services e-nomika.gr.
Today, his Law Firms are growing rapidly, increasing their human resources and taking advantage of their team spirit and collaborations, with a number of specialties and scientists. With law firms in Thessaloniki, Perea, Thessaloniki and Athens, it provides services throughout Greece and in selected cities abroad.
It has had a large number of out-of-court and judicial successes in various civil and criminal cases, and in particular in cases of bank litigation, loan settlement and application for the Katseli law on over-indebted households.
