What are the conditions for forming a union?

In order to establish and acquire the legal personality of a union, it is necessary to register it in the special public book kept in the competent Court of First Instance.

Its founding members will have to draw up the founding act, which will represent it until it is recognized by the Court, and a statute is required for its validity.

In order for the association to be recognized by the competent Magistrate’s Court, originals must be submitted:

the minutes of establishment with the signatures of all members (in duplicate),
Statement by members of the Interim Administration that their political rights are not deprived (in duplicate),
board of temporary administration members (in duplicate)
statute (in triplicate) together with a (1) photocopy.
